PHOENIX—The Arizona Supreme Court today unanimously ruled that the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act “extends to manufactured marijuana products using extracted resin,” the position the ACLU of Arizona argued for before the justices.

PHOENIX—The American Civil Liberties Union of Arizona has filed charges with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) on behalf of a Tucson mother and daughter, Maribel and Brittany Hoyos, who allege sexual harassment against McDonald’s.
In a transparent attempt to avoid another free speech loss for Arizona in court, Gov. Doug Ducey today signed legislation, SB 1167, amending a 2016 law that requires government contractors to certify they are not participating in boycotts of Israel or Israeli settlements in the West Bank.
