The Nondiscrimination Statewide Act would expand existing protections that prevent discrimination in housing, employment, and public accommodations.

PHOENIX, AZ. – Prominent LGBTQ+ rights advocates like the ACLU of Arizona, the Human Rights Campaign, GLSEN, Lambda Legal, AZ TYPO, Secular Arizona have partnered with Representative Oscar De Los Santos to introduce the Statewide Nondiscrimination Act.
