The ACLU of Arizona aimsto end harsh disciplinary practices that push students out of school: zero tolerance, asking students to voluntarily withdraw, suspending them, expelling them, or referring them to law enforcement for minor offenses. Our goal is to meaningfully reduce the number of suspensions and expulsions in and around Phoenix.
